1 General Terms & Conditions

Zz22 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between zz22 and the user.

These Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. zz22 reserves the right to amend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
• You must play in your own name and with your own funds.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one account.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity against zz22 is strictly prohibited.
• Your account must always be managed using accurate and truthful information.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To register an account on zz22, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and email you submit at registration must be valid and belong to you personally. zz22 reserves the right to close any account created using false or fabricated details at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, we may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. This information is used solely to confirm your identity and is stored using fully secure methods.

• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be rented, sold, or transferred to another person.
• Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on zz22 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Additional time may be required while a verification process is ongoing. zz22 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation, in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.

• Deposited funds will be returned only via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Accounts suspected of money laundering or illegal financial transactions will be frozen.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Deposits using a third party's card or account are not permitted.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Zz22 bonuses and promotions are subject to Terms and Conditions. Each bonus may carry its own wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limit. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Zz22 ensures that all bonus offers are provided in a fair and transparent manner. If it is found that a user is abusing or attempting to defraud the bonus system, zz22 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any associated bonuses.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• Using an offer more than once is prohibited.
• Bonuses will be automatically voided upon expiry.
• Zz22 may withdraw or modify any offer at any time.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

5 Responsible Gaming Policy

Zz22 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. For this reason, zz22 provides multiple tools to help users manage and control their play limits.

• The option to set a deposit limit is available in your account settings.
• You can take a break from your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.
• If anyone under the age of 18 is found using the platform, the account will be permanently closed.
• If signs of problematic gaming are detected, we may reach out to you proactively.

6 Account Suspension and Termination

Zz22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the reasons listed below. Users are generally notified by email or mobile before an account is closed; however, in cases of fraud, immediate action may be taken.

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the gaming system.
• Attempting to harm or damage other users.

7 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the zz22 platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of zz22 or its licensors. This content may not be used for any purpose without the prior written consent of zz22.

Content belonging to third-party game providers is protected by their respective intellectual property rights. Users may not screenshot, record, or republish any content while using the platform.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Zz22 takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. We use SSL encryption and internationally recognized data security practices. Your information is never sold to third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

Zz22 is not liable for any losses arising from game interruptions caused by technical errors, server issues, or internet connectivity problems. zz22 is also not directly responsible for issues resulting from software faults on the part of third-party game providers.

• Stakes lost due to unexpected technical issues may be refunded — however, this remains at zz22's discretion.
• Zz22 is not responsible for issues related to the user's own device or internet connection.
• Maximum liability for personal or financial loss is limited to the amount deposited.

10 Term Amendments & Validity

Zz22 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance via email or push notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms & Conditions are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in accordance with international arbitration rules.
